1. I do not advise anybody to buy an orange number.After last update the app change to the worst, how I can make my payment if I can't access to the app with using real data ,I totally recommend Orange Operator and its useful app but the fifth star will be given for adding English to the language menu 😁The balance widget is not working in Android 13, it syays load8ng forever.

2. I'm pretty happy with the connection it self, just don't like being told I'll get wifi for one time frame but then it's shortened.the application can't do anything by its self, always asking to open browser when I try to get to an option or a service.

4. The App is terrible and very slow i can't even check my balance, i've uninstalled multiple time and installed same issue, i totally don't recommend this app.Trying to add a 2nd line but no confirmation sms received.

1. Fix Orange et moi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Orange et moi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Orange et moi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Orange et moi" » Open Orange et moi – Max it – Maroc » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Orange et moi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Orange et moi – Max it – Maroc app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Orange et moi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Orange et moi – Max it – Maroc" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Orange et moi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Orange et moi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Orange et moi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Orange et moi then reinstall.
