Why should I report an Issue with SoMee.social?

1. SoMee beats Facebook in every possible way, it won't stay under the radar much longer.I've only just signed up to this but I dont know why everyone else has given 5 stars! I logged in and all I keep getting at bottom of screen is something went wrong please try again later and I cant do anything on the app 😠 FIX ITThis app is going places.. Considering this is still in beta, it works very well.

2. So I put in a support request like a week or two ago and havent heard a peep in response other than an "invitation" to a "self service" support page which I was already on that had ZERO helpful info.

3. First, I tried to sign into my OnG Social account with the original app, but it only gave me a "loading" message, but never loaded.

4. I don't remember getting any emails informing me of any changes or that my account would be emptied.

5. Getting paid to post, no censorship (if legal obviously) and no data sold: sign me up!Nice app, easy to use with lot of features.

6. I have high hopes for this project.Great idea but I am unable to use a lot of the features such as wallet or look at coins as my app crashes every time I attempt to do this.

7. All I want is to delete the account but have yet to find a link leading me to "how".

8. Then I downloaded this app and discovered that my account was empty, not even my photos were saved.

9. There is NO way that I have found in order to delete my account.

1. Fix SoMee.social Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SoMee.social: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SoMee.social App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SoMee.social" » Open SoMee.social » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SoMee.social » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SoMee.social app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SoMee.social servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SoMee.social" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SoMee.social app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SoMee.social might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SoMee.social. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SoMee.social then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SoMee.social not working

2. Fix SoMee.social Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SoMee.social be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SoMee.social not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SoMee.social may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
