1. Great!Finally there is a keyboard that works every, single time on my antique Android 5.1 phone! It has never glitched out, as so many do.There are about a zillion customizations not mentioned in the Play Store write up, so it's worth installing it & exploring.

Hope can improve and it will be perfect.It tries to change what you are typing, its so annoying when you are on quora trying to help someone and then while you are texting someone or typing the text box disappears and or your words change into something you didnt say! And while you are typing Advertisments pop up.

1. Restart 1C Big Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1C Big Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1C Big Keyboard" » Open 1C Big Keyboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1C Big Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1C Big Keyboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1C Big Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1C Big Keyboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1C Big Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1C Big Keyboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1C Big Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1C Big Keyboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1C Big Keyboard not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 1C Big Keyboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
