Now, nothing but ads, whenever it actually let's me watch another ad so that I can do a simple edit, there's only a tiny space to see what I'm doing due to the ad bar across the top and the unusable option bar on top of the keyboard, chops up sentences when you try to edit one word, and then just as I'm about to finish my edit it completely erases my progress.

2. If this app was phone user-friendly the way it was supposed to be, then my review would change, however, this is the most convoluted version of word I've ever had the misfortune of using.Downloaded the app.

3. Would not recommend the updated version though.I used to have this app on another phone, worked great, occasional ads on top, and was able to edit easily.

4. Even with a stylist, I had an extremely difficult time selecting what I needed, much less pasting that info while trying to edit my resume.

5. On top of that, I keep trying to add photos to Word documents, but nothing happens after I select it except for constant ads to click off.

6. I do not recommend this app at this time but I will keep working with it to see if they do any updates.One of the worst apps I've ever tried to use for editing.

7. I tried to access the file three times and got the same "Fatal Error" each time and was asked to restart the app.

8. After 40 mins trying to do a 2 minute job gave up and forwarded the document to a PC for editing and sending that only took 5 minutes.

9. Sadly it's absolute junk now.Loses your documents! I used this app long enough to get quite a few documents entered in thinking it would be great because I could open them in Word.

1. Restart Office Word Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Office Word Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Office Word Reader" » Open Office Word Reader: PDF, DOCX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Office Word Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Office Word Reader: PDF, DOCX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Office Word Reader servers.
