New York Post Customer Insights

1. Version 4.0.10-Google (on Chrome OS,) the issues are downloaded, however, they do NOT apppear on the 'Saved Issues' section of the Print Edition.

2. No longer paying $9.99 for this when I have to read with a magnifying glass.Cannot SAVE downloaded issues of the N.Y. Post since the app update of November 1st, 2021.

3. Still a better deal than to get that print edition at the newsstand.The print edition is coming out in small print,does allow for me to enlarge on the screen,2nd.

4. I've read the Sports section of this paper my whole life and once I moved to NJ I switched to the tablet version and it's horrible.

5. Once loaded, content is very good.Can't download new issues since the app update!New app is horrible navigation is brutal.

6. At first it was pretty cool you could zoom making the font as big or small as you wanted, but they continued to make adjustments and now the fonts so small I can barely read it.

10. After reading a story, it takes forever to go back to the main page.Waaay too slow loading.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix New York Post Issues

1. Fix New York Post Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart New York Post: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the New York Post App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "New York Post" » Open New York Post for Tablet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for New York Post » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear New York Post for Tablet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from New York Post servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "New York Post for Tablet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check New York Post app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, New York Post might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall New York Post. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall New York Post then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing New York Post not working


2. Fix New York Post Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make New York Post be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to New York Post not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, New York Post may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
