Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nox Ocean Issues
1. Fix Nox Ocean Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Nox Ocean: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Nox Ocean App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nox Ocean" » Open Nox Ocean -Cherish everymoment » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nox Ocean » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Nox Ocean -Cherish everymoment app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nox Ocean servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nox Ocean -Cherish everymoment" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Nox Ocean app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nox Ocean might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Nox Ocean. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nox Ocean then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nox Ocean not working
2. Fix Nox Ocean Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nox Ocean be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nox Ocean not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nox Ocean may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I love the app so so much I’ve been using it on every time I need to study (and I study a lot ) so basically every day I think if the app will add the opportunity to schedule not only the study time , the break too it’ll improve the quality of studying For example If I want to study for an hour and to take 5 min break and to go back studying ( every time my one hour ends I get addicted to my phone ) Another thing I think will improve the app is the ability to overview all of the buildings I’ve done overall .
