Berliner Philharmoniker Customer Insights

1. Simply, thank you.The hi-res audio is an excellent addition, and my virtual concert experience is mostly great but there is a bug that stops the playback indicating "Something went wrong" every time the mobile screen is rotated. The Hi-Res Audio addition is wonderful! And now I'm just loving the Dolby Atmos sound.

2. Stream quality on Android tv (NVIDIA shield and JBL link bar) has been excellent every timeI tried the seven day free trial last year and immediately subscribed - absolutely the best gift I have ever given myself! Aside from the wonderful music, I have learned SO much.

3. Please add the option to download directly to the SD card!Attractive offering but the sound quality - cast to a decent hifi system - not great.

4. Is there an audio only streaming option at least to CD quality? The content quality is exceptional and I am not rating it here.

5. I stopped using it after experiencing brief playback interruptions and green frames. With my local orchestra cancelling their performances due to social distancing, I finally took the plunge and installed the digital concert hall.

6. How about historical recordings, radio broadcasts from legendary conductors like Furtwängler, Celibedache, etc.Top audio quality with good overall playback features.

7. No such freebie offers are made if you simply renew.this is an excellent app really enjoy the live concerts plus the vast amount of recorded content.

8. I only wish I had done so years ago! While the subscription seems expensive at first glance, the value is incredible, for about the same price as two concert tickets I get access to their concerts as well as a huge back Catalog.

9. My only issue is that on my phone, a pixel 6 pro, on more recent concerts, the picture colour changes constantly whilst watching content.

10. The usual free content and multiple payment options (I was hooked after the first 30-day ticket) are also great.

11. The only thing holding me back to offer a 5 star review is the fact that you cannot download music to the SD card, you can only use the internal storage.
