1. Having it on the phone is so much easier.Stories are good but it's very expensive for every chapter it needs many coins to unlock starting from chapters 7/8..My reading experience is great but when I have enough coins to unlock the next chapter, it do not have unlock butto to press 🧐.

2. Stories are interesting no doubt about it, but the way of promoting it stating it is free, and then giving task to do to get coins to purchase chapter is a like cheap trick.

3. But I'm thinking of un-installing it coz they're so stingy in giving everyday check-in coins, not enough for a chapter coz they give 20 as the highest but they charge 26 or more per chapter.Very expensive for cheap novels.

4. Heck even buying a book off Amazon is cheaper then these reading apps.The ad for this app said this was free to read.

5. I have coins to unlock each chapter but it won't let me do it because of the stupid recharge that refuses to go away.

1. Fix NovelBee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NovelBee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NovelBee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NovelBee" » Open NovelBee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NovelBee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NovelBee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NovelBee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NovelBee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NovelBee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NovelBee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NovelBee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NovelBee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NovelBee not working

2. Fix NovelBee Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NovelBee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NovelBee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NovelBee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
