Readict Customer Insights
1. Love the app so much 🤩This app is amazing not only are the books free I don't have to wait to watch the next ad... As for the ads they aren't to long and I've only had to watch and ad for every chapter after 3 which isn't to bad I just watch all the ads at once and then get to read the whole book no interruptions from ads nothing! I like how you can make the words bigger and smaller and that there is a dark and light mode so my eyes don't get to tired.
2. This is by far one of my favorite apps.I'm very frustrated that I can't search for an author! I just finished a book that eludes to a second book but no info at all! Also frustrating that there's no way to contact anyone in the app about anything! There's normally a "contact us" option, if I am just not finding it ok.. but I've looked for it in every place on the app I can think of!! The grammar can be overlooked but some books are terrible and I just couldn't read it.
3. I will watch the ads to keep reading, after watching a few all of a sudden my phone's screen will go black yet it is still on somehow, I know this because I can still see the "charge light" when I tried to see if it was dead, off or broken by plugging it into it's charger cord.
4. So many good books on this!! I've been wanting to get back into reading for years and this did just that for me! There are options to earn daily coins where you can use them to skip ads to get to the next chapter.
5. The forgetting the names in the story though gets really really annoying.Decent read, ads to get to next chapter.
6. The first book was awesome and I am on the second but disappointed that I have to wait 2 days to read the next chapters which is super annoying.
7. #1 the authors can't keep the names straight so you have to remember and reread sometimes who is actually doing what and #2 if it takes you to long to read a chapter it will just go into another ad unannounced.
8. I don't want to start another book and then get lost in the story possibly mixing 2 books that are different.Needs a serious fix with the ads.
9. When it opens back up, it's still on chapter 20 ,and then I have the same thing happen all over again.You can't get better than reading for free.
10. Every time it has me watch an ad, after I get through the ad, it goes black, and I have to restart my phone to get it to close and let me back into the story.
11. Does not sync between devices so if you start reading on your phone you cannot switch to your tablet or vice versa.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Readict Issues
1. Fix Readict Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Readict: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Readict App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Readict" » Open Readict -One Click Away Novels » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Readict » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Readict -One Click Away Novels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Readict servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Readict -One Click Away Novels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Readict app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Readict might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Readict. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Readict then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Readict not working
2. Fix Readict Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Readict be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Readict not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Readict may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

How can I contact you directly? I have been reading a book but I am allowed to read 1chapter every other day! Have no idea how many chapters are left or even worse.. I'm ready to uninstall Readict even without knowing end of book. Book is good but not good enough for this issuing out a chapter that takes me 5 minutes or less to read.

I had an update from Readict and it totally erased my Readict coin. I had over 23,000 coins. How can I get them back? It took me a lot of time to accumulate them. I am really disappointed.

Enjoy the stories, but having been a proofreader and editor, I notice so many grammar errors, and it takes awhile to figure out what is being said. Do you hire proofreaders? If so, I would like to apply. Stories are good, just bad grammar.

I can not download the app to mt tablet. I've had the app since 4ever, but it recently was not allowing me to go back to the app. So I thought maybe deleting and reinstalling would work, it has before, but would not this time. Help please. Readict is my absolute favorite reading app.

I am so frustrated that I have asked how can I read a complete Novel or Book with as many chapeters at a time I want instead of being cut off at 3 at a time????

Why is the wait time so long. I love this app but the wait time is unreasonable. Especially when the chapters are available. But since they are giving you a time it must be there. I get maybe 1 hour but I have to wait 15 hours to get 3 chapters. I know about the coins but it says I can't skip the wait with coins.

I’ve read a few book on Readict and appreciate the service. However, tonight things just closed down and when I reopened it goes to only one page / woman holding a phone or tablet and it says “Enjoy Reading” on the page. Locked and won’t move to another page, I’ve updated at the APP site, closed down my phone. Nada! Can you help?

I’ve read a few books on Readict and appreciate the service. However, tonight, in the 25th chapter of a book, the app just closed down and I could not get back into the program. I tried updating from the App Store, closing down my phone etc. It just takes me, every time, to the page with the woman holding her phone/ tablet and it says “Enjoy Reading.” Stuck and frozen there. Can you help?

This is a very frustrating process just to ask questions. Type in everything only to be forced to register an account and then have to re-type everything all over again.

I have not had any issues with reading entire books. However I can not read more than a couple sentences in the task center. So how do the coins work and how to use. And how do people send me messages in the app? I constantly get notifications that I have received message from..
