1. whats wrong with it?The show"10 ki discovery" At 10pm has this weird background sound which irritate us personally and that's why I have to learn the news again so installed the app if anyone from news 24 is seeing this stop using that please, thank youThe application does not provide information related to most of the events associated with various subjects.

1. Fix News24 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart News24: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the News24 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "News24" » Open News24 - Live TV & Breaking News App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for News24 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear News24 - Live TV & Breaking News App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from News24 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "News24 - Live TV & Breaking News App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check News24 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, News24 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall News24. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall News24 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing News24 not working
