Why should I report an Issue with Me - Caller ID & Spam Blocker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of NFO LTD to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

The last upgrade was clearly a disaster that probably will make me delete the app soon.its a scam it will ask for your number and alot of permission and does nothing it also can hack youQuite happy with it, although (understandably enough I guess) it often takes so long to look up the caller ID that I'd miss the call altogether if I waited.

2. The last upgrade made the app look differently (much less comfortable), and it doesn't work whenever I get a phone call.

7. I've lost some calls because of that time it took and had to call back if it was an important call that I didn't want to miss.

8. I thought that this me app would be able to see how my contacts saved my phone no.s and i have not gotten it or maybe it was my fault due to the fact that this app is not easy to comprehendGreat app! Very useful.

9. Please make your button work better.The last upgrade just ruined the app completely.

10. I also am confused as to why it shows my Adress book contact name instead of whatever is saved or known in your app.Didn't find it useful.

11. Beyond the design that is inconvenient to operate the main problem is that it is not possible to search a random phone number at the app.

1. Fix Me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Me" » Open Me - Caller ID & Spam Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Me - Caller ID & Spam Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Me - Caller ID & Spam Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Me not working

2. Fix Me Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
