Passport can be used by members of any of these spaces to join and connect with their communities via the messaging boards, search through the members directory to locate and connect with specific skills, request and manage their room bookings as well as edit their personal details, download their payment history and invoices.

1. On an up to date stock note 8.I was frustrated using the app because of very slow response times and various UI bugs, such as room booking calendar never finishing loading once any changes were performed.

2. I don't know how to delete my old account.Keeps crashing, "app has bug wait until developer updates"Very difficult to set time for booking.

3. Kudos to the team!Took a few attempts to make a room booking and had to restart my phone to get it to finalise.

4. Should allow setting a time and finding available resources (did I miss how to do that?)Very smooth and pleasant experience.

5. Then, in order to get into my new account, I have to click the drop down menu & click on the old account, then the new account pops up and it gives me access.

6. Why is the confirm button grayed out????? Looks like the screen is wanting more info.....lucky guess kept me going.Very buggy.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Passport Issues

1. Fix Passport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Passport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Passport App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Passport" » Open Passport by Nexudus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Passport » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Passport by Nexudus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Passport servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Passport by Nexudus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Passport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Passport might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Passport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Passport then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Passport not working


2. Fix Passport Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Passport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Passport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Passport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
