1. Fix WJTV 12 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WJTV 12: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WJTV 12 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WJTV 12" » Open WJTV 12 - News for Jackson, MS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WJTV 12 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WJTV 12 - News for Jackson, MS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WJTV 12 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WJTV 12 - News for Jackson, MS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
