1. What a shame.Newsy is normally a good informative source of news, but I'm forced to give it a 2 star rating because lately it is failing to autoplay properly.

2. Looks like Newsy app needs to be updated to catch up to the newer version android.

3. I'm very happy to see that, even as a video app, it connects to all my Chromecast Audio devices too which is excellent for listening to Newsy throughout the house.

4. At first I thought this app didn't work with Chromecast but I realize now the Chromecast icon will show up AFTER commencing playback of an article.

5. Solid news without the gimmicky theatrics and ugly biases makes this a winner.After install it said it was for an older android.

6. Wish the app was reflective of the quality of the content.I love the content on newsy, wish there was more variety in global issues though.

7. Please fix this and I'll up my rating to the 5 it deserves to have under normal circumstances..This app, even upon first installation, states its an older version and to check for an update (this isn't one I can find).

8. You open an article and start reading without the sound and when the video ends it jumps to the next article before you finish.

9. After installation, while playing a video, will time itself out and phone goes black.

10. Uninstalled.Needs a setting for either videos to not autoplay or barring that, for them to always start muted.

11. The continuous play doesn't work though so I'm knocking off two stars.
