1. Keep up the good work!As of the last month, when attempting to use app, receive a banner stating that I am not connected to wi.fi (but I am), finally it will let me veiw sone of the news, but not all.

2. This is like a throwback app-- and that is not good... It glitches, is poorly designed, irritating to navigate, inconsistent to failed video playbacks constantly.

3. Mostly out of town news.App is ok but clunky and does not have a very intuitive design.

4. It has everything I am interested in such as the weather, news and local events.

5. Will there be an upgrade of this app in the future?What was originally a local/tri-state area news app is now a DC news app.

1. Fix DC News Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DC News Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DC News Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DC News Now" » Open DC News Now » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DC News Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DC News Now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DC News Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DC News Now" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DC News Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DC News Now might not work.
