1. Pity, because I'm a channel 8 news watcher.I have been watching channel 8 news since it first started here in Vegas and we had only three channels I would appreciate it if you could put the rebroadcasting of the local news at least leave it so we can watch it as we do watching it on TV it makes the older generation feel like we still belong in this mess please make it so we can see the local news without it being segmented posted a link to the website would be a nice idea and two other things that are mentioned in the news they had linksOften, does not open or go to story clicked.

2. The latest problem is when l try to open the app, I get the 8 News Now logo screen and absolutely nothing else! WHEN it works, it blasts out sports updates on the Raiders, Golden Knights and UNLV, even if you have sports notifications turned off.

3. I am still getting notices about new news stories but it doesn't do any good because the app won't work at all.

4. I'll get a notification for a story when I go to the pull down drawer to click on the story I get stuck on the 8 News Now splash page.

1. Restart 8 News Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 8 News Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "8 News Now" » Open 8 News Now » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 8 News Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 8 News Now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 8 News Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "8 News Now" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 8 News Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 8 News Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 8 News Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 8 News Now then reinstall.
