7. Even if I don't choose to set limits, I can see how much time my kid is spending on each app, and just knowing that I CAN temporarily pause his whole phone makes my 13yr-old put it down when I ask him to.

8. Another plus side is it tracks the device and gives off a ring if lost.The location aspect of this app doesn't work consistently.

9. After the set time is up, it also doesn't allow you to use basic functions like the quick menu.

10. I like that I can set screen/app time and easily extend time, but also individually select some apps as always allowed.

1. Fix Boomerang Parental Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Boomerang Parental Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Boomerang Parental Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Boomerang Parental Control" » Open Boomerang Parental Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Boomerang Parental Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Boomerang Parental Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Boomerang Parental Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Boomerang Parental Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Boomerang Parental Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Boomerang Parental Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Boomerang Parental Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Boomerang Parental Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Boomerang Parental Control not working

2. Fix Boomerang Parental Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Boomerang Parental Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Boomerang Parental Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Boomerang Parental Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
