1. No way to get out of the horrible dark mode, no way to adjust font size or style, page-by-page view seems to be some low resolution scan (trying to zoom it just makes it blurry), and tapping in the article does not take you to the digital version or to a text only mode.

1. Fix National Geographic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart National Geographic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the National Geographic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "National Geographic" » Open National Geographic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for National Geographic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear National Geographic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from National Geographic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "National Geographic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
