Why should I report an Issue with Najm?

1. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but the issue remains unsolved.v bad useless app...cannot detect location...vpoor response took almost an hour to contact and arrive...and Najm employee started all over again with zero value of the app.. if there is a minus.

3. And the funny thing is the app show me wrong insurance, someone else's Insurance details are showing as mine.Worstness at peak I just call twice and every time slect language which is easy for me bjt the end side come with Arabic and ask to call again and press this.

4. Had to wait for 3 hours trying to call najam number but even after an hour they did not pick the call.I have used this app in the past it had great features; however, I could not access it.

5. I don't recommend it because it violates your privacy.I reported accident through app but najam did not call me and as I can see on the app that najam person came on the location and did not find us.

6. It says you only need location permission but it will not work only after giving it all permissions.

7. You try calling thwy dont pick up even after an hour of trying to contact them.

8. Useless najim in general even their useless app.The app is downloaded but when doing verification it says please try later sorry for the inconvenience.

9. I did same thrice but same Arabic representative speak from other side.

10. Really disappointing and bad customer service from such a reputable company.This stupid app does not work.

1. Fix Najm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Najm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Najm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Najm" » Open Najm » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Najm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Najm app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Najm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Najm" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Najm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Najm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Najm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Najm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Najm not working

2. Fix Najm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Najm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Najm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Najm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
