Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mod Piggy Issues
1. Fix Mod Piggy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Mod Piggy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Mod Piggy App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mod Piggy" » Open Mod Piggy for MCPE » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mod Piggy » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Mod Piggy for MCPE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mod Piggy servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mod Piggy for MCPE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Mod Piggy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mod Piggy might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Mod Piggy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mod Piggy then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mod Piggy not working
2. Fix Mod Piggy Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mod Piggy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
