Thank youThis app was good at first I even withdrew 1,700 but nowadays I can't get tasks, and I have never been eligible to the high paying surveys I wonder why change on thatIts a nice app so far i have withdrawn 50kes although sometime other money doesnt reflect after survey.It's a good app though nowadays you can't withdraw the money i wonder what's the problem.It was great but the latest update has it crashing.

I give this app 5 star because each survey done is paid compared to other survey apps where you will start the survey and even before completing the survey, it dissapears from the screen without any notification.what I would just request is that you provide atleast 3 well paying surveys once every week because sometimes you might skip two days without any survey and on the third day when you get the survey will be low paying one.But anyway you remain to be my heroes.3 stars because the app is awesome but they give less or no surveys all.

3. Bottom line is the app is waste of time so don't bother downloading it, there are other so much better microtasking apps that can actually earn you some money but not this one.

1. Fix GeoPoll Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GeoPoll: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GeoPoll App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GeoPoll" » Open GeoPoll » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GeoPoll » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GeoPoll app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GeoPoll servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GeoPoll" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GeoPoll app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GeoPoll might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GeoPoll. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GeoPoll then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GeoPoll not working

2. Fix GeoPoll Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GeoPoll be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GeoPoll not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GeoPoll may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
