1. Really don't like the new radar setup.Your push alert notifications goes no where! Clicking on it goes to your 9&10 page to nothing! It doesn't open or load to your 'breaking news'.

1. Fix 9&10 News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 9&10 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 9&10 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "9&10 News" » Open 9&10 News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 9&10 News » click "UPDATE".
