Why should I report an Issue with Weather, widget and radar?

1. 🙁Fantastic the added kmph setting for the wind speed is very useful, thanks for the fabulous app, and fantastic support too, perfect! The only thing a bit "off " to me is the presence of + in positive temperatures, usually this is only present in temperatures below 0, in those cases obviously a - is used... This is NOT a huge deal, it's just a bit distractingNever shows correct location (I travel a lot for work), way too expensive for what it provides.

2. Also, those other apps don't charge the user to use their app.It was visually appealing but over all it was just 'meh.' It has some useful information which is great, but when you switch over from Celsius to Fahrenheit like I had to, it only does it for the top half of the app.

3. No forecast is accurate for a month in advance.Too many issues This app looks nice, has nice widgets and the forecasts are accurate, but the app has issues.

4. Definitely not as good or as accurate like other apps I've used in the past.App is accurate, I'd say 90% at any given time.

5. I have my GPS location on but when i change areas most of the time it either gives me a number or the wrong place.

6. WHICH SPECIFIC WIDGET SHOULD I USE PLEASESome of these weather apps are becoming ridiculous.

7. The pricing of this is far too high for premium, and simply not worth it for an app where I don't even know the weather provider, or how accurate it is.

8. Consistently showing wrong information, not reliable at all I compared the data between your app and weather underground and weather.

9. What puzzles me is it won't update its location so I'm always looking at the weather at home.

10. Location Services should be set at active all the time, not just when using app.

11. I couldn't add a widget for like 3 weeks, now I can't scroll through the hours for next few days, it crashes often and widget doesn't often display info.

1. Fix Weather, widget and radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather, widget and radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather, widget and radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather, widget and radar" » Open Weather, widget and radar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather, widget and radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather, widget and radar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather, widget and radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather, widget and radar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather, widget and radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather, widget and radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather, widget and radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather, widget and radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather, widget and radar not working

2. Fix Weather, widget and radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather, widget and radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather, widget and radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather, widget and radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
