Why should I report an Issue with Lobby?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of MAVERICK LIMITED to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I love how simple it is to communicate with friends and join random chats! However, I do have one insignificant problem.

2. Other than that I love the usability, how big a party can be, the ability to lower the volume of individuals etc.Listen. Lobby was genuinely a good app.

3. As soon as you walk away from your phone, your friends won't hear you.It is a really good app to use for among us that's for sure! However a few problems.

4. The random chat thing is a cool idea but it needs an age adjustment so you can select age groups instead of randomly landing in a lobby with 6 12yo kids.

5. Moneysuckers...My friends introduced me to this app a couple of years ago so we could watch movies and listen to music on call.

6. Friends able to ask to join a locked, not yet full server.

7. Also there is no help button and you can't scroll down a list of parties to join.Huge potential! This could be a great app to connect with but it has some issues.

1. Fix Lob Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lob: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lob App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lob" » Open Lobby » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lob » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lobby app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lob servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lobby" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lob app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lob might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lob. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lob then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lob not working

2. Fix Lob Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lob be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lob not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lob may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
