I hope that the scanner works on the new app because I DO NOT want to go back to having to manually enter all of my rewards codes again every month in order to be able to use them, because it sucks!!Very slow to load every time! I have to uninstall and reinstall every month to get the monthly digital coupons.

2. It scans me to login and then I get a black screen with a small buffering symbol for a few seconds and then everything goes away for a second, then just a black screen... I haven't been able to use this app correctly, effectively, efficiently, smoothly, easily, etc... for months now! It's honestly very annoying because I take the time to save my codes but yet I can hardly ever enter them in for my points! Very disappointing honestly 😕😞The idea of this app is great.

3. Can't even search it on Google play especially when they say update is for Android onlyUPDATE...FINALLY fixed the scanner after years of us making complaints that it did not work, and now this app is going to be replaced with a new one.

4. But ever since may 1st 2023, once they added the coupon for 2.50 off a pack, they will take the points for the coupon but when you try to use it at a store they scan it and their system says it can not match a product to that coupon.

5. I like being able to get coupons.I'm not sure what's going on but my app will not work.

6. I've closed out of app... cleared the cache... turned location off and back on... still wouldn't open the coupon saying "you need to be at the store to use this coupon".

7. I can't give more than one star while they steal points like that!Takes forever to load and has the location of the store I buy smokes at in the middle of a swamp with no roads.

8. Please bring back the app.I haven't had very many complaints other than the one in awhile it would take forever to bring up but seems a lot of apps are having the same issue due to network connection all over being spotty.

1. Fix MHQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MHQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MHQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MHQ" » Open MHQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MHQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MHQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MHQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MHQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MHQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MHQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MHQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MHQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MHQ not working

2. Fix MHQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MHQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MHQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MHQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
