1. I am a free user of the app for 4 months: Easy to use, many examples, many alternative translations, covers much much more than the basic vocabulary, user can type the english or the german word and the app will find it in both cases, provides the other basic forms of a word eg.

1. Fix German English Dictionary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart German English Dictionary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the German English Dictionary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "German English Dictionary" » Open German English Dictionary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for German English Dictionary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear German English Dictionary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from German English Dictionary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "German English Dictionary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check German English Dictionary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, German English Dictionary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall German English Dictionary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall German English Dictionary then reinstall.
