1. And the paid ones are very expensive.Useless. Collage of bunch of overpriced dictionaries that do not include even the basic words.
2. Please note that there is no "free" version of the app, the app lets you preview about a hundred words, but the dictionaries themselves are not free, they cost about $20 each.
3. What's the point if I can use the online version for free? This is the german way.Not even the basic verbs were listed in the free dictionary.
4. The price is in no way unreasonable, though you can look up words for free on the online version of the Universalwörterbuch.
5. You are better off with other brand's version...How do you expect people to use the official language when it costs crazy amounts of money.
6. It doesn't deserve money to buy those other dictionaries, either.
7. just to the producers : install an Oxford Dictionary and find out how an app is designed, produced, programmed and equipped.
8. Right after install it's useless and offers you to buy seprate dictionaries.
9. Not recommending.Duden dictionaries in an easy, searchable format.
10. I am now migrating to an iOS iPhone and discover that not only is migration impossible, but also that Duden won't honor you being already a customer to get some sort of coupon or download redemption.
11. Consider this if you plan to buy these already expensive dictionaries.
