But alas...Very disappointing I couldn't read books offline and couldn't go into the app...kept on telling me log in failed when my data was on...had to reinstall app on the morning and it started working again... Please fix this problem as I would not want to loose my books again and download them againIt allows me to read any book.

You can change the theme from light to dark and vice versa.It was working out fine until today it started popping up with this weird notification of some update...even after i updated it still shows the same thing every time i log in...and i cant access my books...it shows something downloading...and the an app is installed...almost similar which doesn't have my old books😧seriously whhhyyyyy!!!?!?!?I liked the app because it had everything i searched for.

3. I Wish you had, like, different types of accents, or a voice like a Google Assistant/Siri's, reading the books aloud, if you could.All I want is to read a book peacefully.

1. Fix ManyBooks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ManyBooks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ManyBooks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ManyBooks" » Open ManyBooks - Free novels/stories/ebooks/audiobooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ManyBooks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ManyBooks - Free novels/stories/ebooks/audiobooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ManyBooks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ManyBooks - Free novels/stories/ebooks/audiobooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ManyBooks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ManyBooks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ManyBooks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ManyBooks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ManyBooks not working

2. Fix ManyBooks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ManyBooks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ManyBooks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ManyBooks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
