1. Don't give up your search for the perfect reader until you give this one try.Whomever having problems with the app not opening, look their website for latest android 11/10 compatible app (crash fixed), google doesnt let them update it in google play store.
2. phone, then you can use your library without copying anything to your tablet/other phone etc., cross-syncing where you left off or even syncing annotations.I absolutely love / loved this app! I am hoping you stay alive, I have years of notes saved, easily accessible and so on.
3. No response whatsoever after a couple of tries.The app here did break for me when Android updated, but I contacted the developers and they sent me a link to the updated app and that is now working great.
4. A week ago I wrote about another issue and the same thing, though I received an automated reply that my question was very important... The app is excellent for all my needs but support is zero despite having bought the app.
5. They are not able to post the new app on Google Play for technical reasons I don't understand (something about incompatibility between 32 and 64 bit apps), but I can confirm the developers are still around and responding to users.
6. A couple of months ago I wrote to support asking help but there still hasn't been a reply.
7. Save highlights and downloads them into an easily accessible format... I feel like this fact alone sets it apart from many of the other apps that I use.I have a serious issue with this app.
8. However, even after following the directions provided by the developer to download and install the software outside of the play store, it still doesn't work properly.
9. I've been using it for 7 years and have a library of 900+ books on it with notes etc.
10. Then it stopped working dueto what appears to be a discrepancy between Google and the developer.
11. It's easily the best reader out there, or would be except for a few sync bugs that make the feature almost useless.
