Why should I report an Issue with NotJustAnalytics - Followers &?

1. Wants you to log in with Facebook and then won't not only not show you any Instagram account but you'd think if you'd log in with your Facebook your account should automatically appear right? Why do you have to search it in the first place when it's already linked? .. Makes no sense whatsoeverUseless, sadly 🤷 ♀️ From worse to even worse... Forced to login using FB stupidly, which is forcing the browser use, where I am not logged in - ofc - why, so gotta change pw and then my username doesn't exist.

2. Keeps asking for login redirecting to the browser (so why do I need to download the app?)The app is not at all working before previous updates it was working all well but now it always says network error or check your connection even though my internet is working perfectly fine.

1. Fix NotJustAnalytics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NotJustAnalytics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NotJustAnalytics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NotJustAnalytics" » Open NotJustAnalytics - Followers & » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NotJustAnalytics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NotJustAnalytics - Followers & app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NotJustAnalytics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NotJustAnalytics - Followers &" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NotJustAnalytics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NotJustAnalytics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NotJustAnalytics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NotJustAnalytics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NotJustAnalytics not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NotJustAnalytics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
