App also stops for no reason and sometimes stops working for a long time.This app is so horrible no need to fix this app immediately children is in danger and some grown-ups are trying to get them in trouble by doing inappropriate things I could write this more than one star but I seriously think it's horrible it makes me so sick and like you need to fix this app automatically no one likes it and you need to fix it no one likes it and honestly it's very dangerous for children do not download this app!!! This app will let any one at any age fix this app🤬🤬🤬😑😑😑😑It was good when I first downloaded.

I keep getting the same messages: "System under maintenance"/"System error please try later" If you could fix this with an update or guide me through how to resolve the problem I would greatly appreciate it.App updates reinstalled due to multiple issues, now when I try to log in it tells me it's out of date and needs to be updated, I downloaded what should be the latest version from playstore, and there is no option to update in the app, or on the playstore .Too many fake broadcasts.

3. Free trial pops up , then the live chat freezes, this app needs help, fix please, before I come back, does anyone read these,one other thing yo live stopping keep showing up, the only way to stop it you have to keep tapping on the screen, but it keeps popping up.THIS APP STEALS FROM YOU.

4. Several times when I have tried to give small gifts such as 2 roses (worth 2 coins) it has quickly defaulted over to much higher gifts without me noticing, such as 2 yachts (598 coins) - stealing all my credit.

5. It's time they respected their customers before they lose the last of us 😡This app is glitchy beyond belief, causing you to have to close and reopen the app multiple times.

6. RIP yoliveOnly a 2-3 users are live anymore at a time.

7. The gift system is MEH compared to other apps that do the exact same thing.

8. Lastly why make people pay to view live streams, who does that? Smh.

9. They've covered most of the screen with gambling buttons or other junk which we don't want, just to grab more money off us.

1. Fix Yo Live Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yo Live: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yo Live App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yo Live" » Open Yo Live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yo Live » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yo Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yo Live servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yo Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yo Live app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yo Live might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yo Live. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yo Live then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yo Live not working

2. Fix Yo Live Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yo Live be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yo Live not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yo Live may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
