1. SUCKS !! GO BACK TO OLD APP 22 NEWS !!This app used to work great, now however everytime I click to watch a news video it says there is a "Playback Error" and never plays.

2. It keeps saying it's my internet, but it isn't, this is the app, so please fix.By far the worst news apps I have ever had the pleasure of using.

1. Fix WWLP 22News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WWLP 22News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WWLP 22News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WWLP 22News" » Open WWLP 22News – Springfield MA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WWLP 22News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WWLP 22News – Springfield MA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WWLP 22News servers.
