1. WHY WONT YOU FIX YOUR APP????? ITS JUNK CAN'T READ 1 ARTICLE WITHOUT IT FREEZING UP!!! YOUR IT DEPARTMENT MUST BE ALL REJECTS FROM THE SCHOOL THEY WENT TO TO LEARN HOW TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL!!!Gotta love the fact that you have to watch a 15 second ad for a 11 second video that gets a error every time you try to play it.

App is even worse, same issues as before but now inundated with ads.App looked pretty bad before but at least the UI was reasonably clean, even if it looked like a geocities website from the 90's, but the information was easy to navigate ( just swiping to get to different categories), now it's a dumpster fire and the weather section is hot garbage.

3. Not happy with new version.Used to be a great app but not anymore! Every time I open the app up it freezes! Started doing this about week and half maybe 2 weeks ago.

4. You can play ads, but you can't play the video for the news story.Terrible app across all platforms.

5. I wont be using anymore *UPDATE it still sucks! now you get redirected to malicious websites on certain news stories.

1. Fix WANE 15 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WANE 15: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WANE 15 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WANE 15" » Open WANE 15 - News and Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WANE 15 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WANE 15 - News and Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WANE 15 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WANE 15 - News and Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WANE 15 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WANE 15 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WANE 15. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WANE 15 then reinstall.
