1. "Phone as key" is iffy, it's reliable 50% of the time & the server the app runs off seems to crash often so your car can't seem to get in sync with the app, keep in mind the platform is ironically called "Sync" 🙄 The "send location to vehicle" is TERRIBLE, never works. It's ok.
2. Update the technology in the car, I can't get my vehicle health report because syncmyride is no longer supported...just stop🛑 changing things for worse!!Seems to be every time an update is performed on this app, it makes it worse.
3. Why not have a map that looks like Google that would be more user-friendly? The latest update this week eliminated the oil life display...why?Yeahhh so Lincoln just isn't good with software, let's face it.
4. Like many others, the latest update on 1/26/21 seems to be the issue as it seems to have created a catastrophic failure.Another complaint about the Autostart Schedule disappearing.
5. Is the car locked? Are the windows down or sunroof open? Is a door/trunk/hood open? The worst part is that they removed integration with Google Assistant.
6. AMAZING My download speed, is between ,40 and 70After the last update the app does not turn off.
7. I used to have access to view my oil life monitor and schedule starts for the vehicle.
8. And the worst part is when it says to update, it completely shuts down the app until it has completed the process.
9. Update: My auto update is turned on and I have the latest version of the app.
10. My car is starting 4 days each week when I no longer need it to.The map is almost useless...it used to have a light colored background that was easy read, even in bright daylight.
11. I used to be able to ask Google to start my car, lock it, get fuel level, etc., but all that was removed.
