1. "Phone as key" is iffy, it's reliable 50% of the time & the server the app runs off seems to crash often so your car can't seem to get in sync with the app, keep in mind the platform is ironically called "Sync" 🙄 The "send location to vehicle" is TERRIBLE, never works.It's ok.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Lincoln Way » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Lincoln Way™ Owner App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Lincoln Way servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Lincoln Way™ Owner App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Lincoln Way app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Lincoln Way might not work.
