1. I was using it for a Bible study book and the book has places to type your response to the questions, but it does not save the answers.

2. What is taking 5 months to fix?I downloaded this app for the first time because of an Ebook Bible study and it doesn't function well.

3. I can read my ebook and I can enter responses to the study questions, but my answers are not saved, renewing this feature useless.

5. I choose the ebook over hard copy for portability and ease of access - this app provides neither and is virtually useless! Being tech savy I previously had been able to copy, paste and print to make use of the past ebooks.

9. At least I can read it.The highlight option is difficult to use because it some times highlight and some times it doesn't, they can work on that.

1. Fix LifeWay Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LifeWay Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LifeWay Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LifeWay Reader" » Open LifeWay Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LifeWay Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LifeWay Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LifeWay Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LifeWay Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LifeWay Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LifeWay Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LifeWay Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LifeWay Reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LifeWay Reader not working

2. Fix LifeWay Reader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LifeWay Reader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LifeWay Reader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LifeWay Reader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
