1. *Note: I originally downloaded the Deluxe Moon HD app, but it's nowhere near as comprehensive or user friendly as this app, so I got a refund on that one.I love the visual side of this app (except widgets, which are unreliable) but I'm very disappointed by the texts.

2. I love the new interface! But where is the option to change tropical or sidereal zodiac? I use this app daily for my spiritual practice and it helps me to stay in tune with the moon.

3. Great widget and access to month view for moon phases and zodiac signs.

4. It shows where both the sun and moon are in tropical, sidereal and astronomical zodiacs.

5. It's always the full moon in Sagittarius so it's basically useless and after years of not having to open the app, this is an unpleasant annoyance.

6. But I only gave it 4 stars because the moon phase widget is inaccurate.

7. My phone has a 1:1 square aspect ratio and everything on the bottom of this app gets cut off, meaning I can't switch between the different screens.I purchased this app a long time ago and I had to re-download it for my new phone.

8. In other words a half moon looks like a crescent moon and a crescent moon looks like a new moon.

9. Also, I don't appreciate the scaring/worring texts, like for example: "haircut made this day attracts diseases".Compass just crashes the app and screws up my phone, which I then have to reboot.

1. Fix Deluxe Moon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Deluxe Moon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Deluxe Moon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Deluxe Moon" » Open Deluxe Moon - Moon Calendar, P » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Deluxe Moon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Deluxe Moon - Moon Calendar, P app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Deluxe Moon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Deluxe Moon - Moon Calendar, P" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Deluxe Moon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Deluxe Moon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Deluxe Moon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Deluxe Moon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Deluxe Moon not working

2. Fix Deluxe Moon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Deluxe Moon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Deluxe Moon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Deluxe Moon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
