Phone app can't seem to find it at all.It's a shame you can only print photos from the app and when I go through other apps to print documents I don't have an option to print in all paper sizes I want to... Other than that very helpful and works well with printer model B2338Worked fine for 1yr then all of a sudden i got full fibre which changed the wifi connection.

2. Total piece of $hit.It used to work brilliantly until this update, I used to be able to print from any application by sending it to Lexmark print, duplex colour etc , no problems, now presented with a useless page asking what I want to print with no option to print the page already requested.

3. The only difference on the OnePlus there was a total white screen.ONLY FOR PRINTING PICTURES!! The only thing you can print with this app is jpeg or png files on your phone.

4. Have to reset up the printer in the app, then able to print.....once then it fails again.

5. Avoid.Please help !? -- my S305 is on WiFi (I can access by browser & see ink levels etc) but this App does not find the printer, neither by "search" nor if I enter the IP address.

1. Fix Lexmark Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lexmark: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lexmark App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lexmark" » Open Lexmark Mobile Print » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lexmark » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lexmark Mobile Print app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lexmark servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lexmark Mobile Print" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lexmark app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lexmark might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lexmark. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lexmark then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lexmark not working

2. Fix Lexmark Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lexmark be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lexmark not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lexmark may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
