Why should I report an Issue with LetterSchool - Learn to Write?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The sensitivity for tracing letters is very exact, it might be better to have a bit more tolerance based on child's age & skill level?I like the app because it has sounds and things to trace like the led lights train track and more and you can do different fonts and write in cursive.

I'm open to coming back if value can be demonstrated above and beyond the 5 USD apps.Just downloaded, installed, and signed up for a subscription and it keeps freezing on a blank screen.I love this game! But there is something I need to ask, what languages do you plan to add and when? BTW it's amazing I would give this 10 stars!It's not free.

3. I contacted support & they haven't been much help yet... The graphics are good, the animation keeps kids involved but if they can't go past E or 5 it gets frustrating for them & thus mom & dad.

4. WHAT WOULD MAKE IT BETTER: It needs a top line, a base line and a mid-line so that kids can practice proper placelent, tall and short letters, and letters that extend below.Nice app! I see a lot of effort to make it, however I think it could be even better.

5. in the games where you have to find a letter, I would suggest to deduct a star not only if you click wrong letter but also if the right one leaves the screen (missed one).

7. For less than 5 USD one time fee, there are some fantastic letter tracing apps.

8. And if it does load to android, it auto orient's the letters upside down opposite from my son.

9. WHAT I LIKE: * that it offers the font I want * that it provides multiple practices for each letter.

10. It took me several tries with each letter to get it to actually trace the entire letter.

1. Fix LetterSchool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LetterSchool: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LetterSchool App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LetterSchool" » Open LetterSchool - Learn to Write » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LetterSchool » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LetterSchool - Learn to Write app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LetterSchool servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LetterSchool - Learn to Write" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LetterSchool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LetterSchool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LetterSchool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LetterSchool then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LetterSchool not working

2. Fix LetterSchool Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LetterSchool be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LetterSchool not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LetterSchool may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
