1. Why is this leica?Does absolutely nothing on android 9.2. 2. Really waiting for Android 12 support to finally be able to fully utilize our suite of equipment in all our use cases (GS18T, GS16, TS16, CS20).. wish could at least sign up for beta or notice when ETA updates/notice when new version released, without having to keep manually checking.

3. App never sees the GS18T antenna either by initial connect in app or after system pairing....This would be a great app except for the fact it does not support all leica gnss receivers such as the GS16.

4. Edit: since previous review, update released which supports Android 12.. tested again on pixel Pro 6 with no luck.

1. Fix Leica Zeno Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Leica Zeno Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Leica Zeno Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Leica Zeno Connect" » Open Leica Zeno Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Leica Zeno Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Leica Zeno Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Leica Zeno Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Leica Zeno Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Leica Zeno Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Leica Zeno Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Leica Zeno Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Leica Zeno Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Leica Zeno Connect not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Leica Zeno Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Leica Zeno Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Leica Zeno Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
