1. I have been unable to open the App for more than a week.Not working can't see anythingInteresting! Macron Fan base though!OooLove itImpossible d ouvrir l'appGood texts,great pictures.
2. it was great at first but by end 2018 the pictures on articles no longer load straight away....Not working - i cannot open the app for over two weeks now... Really bad from Elle!Same here.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ELLE Issues
1. Fix ELLE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart ELLE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the ELLE App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ELLE" » Open ELLE » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ELLE » click "UPDATE".
- Clear ELLE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ELLE servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ELLE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check ELLE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ELLE might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall ELLE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ELLE then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ELLE not working
2. Fix ELLE Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ELLE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ELLE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ELLE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
