1. So please fix I telling issues and change interface theme add additional features like reels shots more then .This is really good but the message section is Just worst , if you will send the msg first of all receiver will not get the msg on time and when someone else send you text, it only appears this statement 'start your conversation with this person', which is radiculous,either remove this msg feature or just correct it ,I'm very disappointed for this , i hate this thing in koo otherwisw this app hi good and these 3 stars are for those only .

Please Fix this as soon as possible, I am using this app in Europe and I can't recommend this to others,if these simple issues aren't fixed.The app is very easy but there is a lot of transaction problem, since last 2 weeks I am trying to get my reward but I am getting timeout or transaction processing and many other problems, it is not giving me my reward, its just stupid being built..Good app.

Now the given reward is very less and also it expires after few days with is not so satisfying 😔.Very Frustrating app.after every click it's take a huge amount of time to action and loading page.whenever i open rewards app still hang and slow down.please make it faster and smoother.😔😔😔After giving new updates, application opening time increased.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Koo Issues

1. Fix Koo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Koo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Koo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Koo" » Open Koo: Know What's Happening! » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Koo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Koo: Know What's Happening! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Koo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Koo: Know What's Happening!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Koo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Koo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Koo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Koo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Koo not working


2. Fix Koo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Koo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Koo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Koo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
