1. I use it when I'm planning a trip, traveling and keeping up with the weather where my friends and family live.The pages are slow to load (I can watch 1080p YouTube videos on the same device instantly, for reference), and the widgets suck.

2. This app is focused on local weather which works great for me.Videos come thru with soft volume, almost impossible to hear, video alerts come thru day late, the weather description for each day is not accurate.

1. Fix KOLD First Alert Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KOLD First Alert Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KOLD First Alert Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KOLD First Alert Weather" » Open KOLD First Alert Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KOLD First Alert Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KOLD First Alert Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KOLD First Alert Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KOLD First Alert Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
