1. I might as well read through the website, which i highly recommend.I have a paid subscription for sometime now but access via the App the last few days is not possible due to a bug that has yet to be fixed! I have called their CS and am awaiting a response and resolution to my issue.
2. Very laggy and slow interface, sends out notifications that we cannot customize, which gets very annoying from time to time as it just dumps a whole lot of unfiltered and random news you might not be interested in.
3. I wish to rate it at ZERO, BUT THERE ARE NO PARAMETERS.Can you integrate back the feature where clicking on The Star links will open with the app? Seems kind of redundant to install the app but when I click the links on Facebook/Twitter/etc, it just opens up on the web browser instead.
4. So what is the point of this app then? If main intention is not for the smooth transition between other apps and The Star native app? It used to open with the native app, not sure what happened as the feature has been gone for so long now.
5. Articles lacking depth, constantly having 404 errors and littered with typos do not warrant a paid subscription.You guys really need to improve on user's experience.
6. Have to sign in again.Photos can't be enlarged, app keeps jumping to top everytime I switch back and forth between apps.Even a paid subscriber have to watch ad which is annoying.
7. Lastly the subscription service is the holy grail of annoyance, it doesn't allow you to view the full article unless you have subscribed with your email.
8. Annoying because the app doesn't keep you signed in over time, you have to log in manually, but whatever, fine.
9. Scrolling news never been so annoying with ads popping up even when i dont click on them.
10. Prior to the update everything was working fine but when we open it there was a message asking to update the app accordingly.
11. I am a paying subscriber so I expect action! Tell me if you are unable to fix the issue and I will cancel my subscription.
