2. I have never had any issues.Easy to work with , and fast,,,.I like scanner and barcode generator is great.Doesn't work.Once I saw similar QR-plugin for Dolphin browser.

3. It has "cool" viewfinder and line scanning through the view SLOWLY! It looks good, but seems to combine the real scan, you have to keep your phone steady as heck to read it, if lucky.
