Hire a couple of preschool teachers to show you what you did wrong, or test your product with some kids.Too many adds to be in a kids game gets ridiculous with my kid always opening other stuff cause of the adds and having to fix it back to game and I paid for the advancement if not remove adds on normal need to remove adds if you have someone pay the advancement but shouldn't even have adds in a kids learning game in the first place that's just poor quality game system.Actually I like it because it is so much fun my kid loves to play and also me it has coloring box counting and many other things.

2. He would not stop playing that game.And my husband thinks that when he is gonna be big he would still love it and play it.when I was small It was not uploaded so more then me he is having fun.These apps need less ads but seriously.

3. Playing, colourful pictures, drilling, clear diction, memory drills etc, are all a child needs to prepare him/herself for future harder school work.

4. This game felt like it was slapped together with bright pictures just to get the ad revenue.

5. How can you put an ad block right on the screen where a child is supposed to be playing.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids Learning Box » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids Learning Box: Preschool app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids Learning Box servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids Learning Box: Preschool" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kids Learning Box app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids Learning Box might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids Learning Box. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids Learning Box then reinstall.
