1. Time to move on to 9News app.App closes out News stories randomly and when you want to read a full news story or after selecting "read more" option page never loads.

1. Fix FOX31 & KWGN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FOX31 & KWGN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FOX31 & KWGN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FOX31 & KWGN" » Open FOX31 & KWGN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FOX31 & KWGN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FOX31 & KWGN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FOX31 & KWGN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FOX31 & KWGN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FOX31 & KWGN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FOX31 & KWGN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FOX31 & KWGN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FOX31 & KWGN then reinstall.
