Person otherwise can't remember token numbers for long to search under 'status'It's a very bad application, type of job selection is less and if we need to log a complain against anything, we don't have any drop-down.. need improvement .. one more thing is that - there is no option for tree related issues..like treaming and cutting the branches if any safety issue .. it's a very pathetic application...sorry ....There are technical issues with the application.
2. It dont get open... And after many trials when it open unable to complain for previous month Electric Bill already paid but it has not been updated, Suggestion for all other user, pls do not use this app it always make stuck the amount and you guys do not have any track record or transaction history of bill paid, and company keep your payment for long timeCan not log any complains.
3. Good work and support by team.Everything is fine and the app is working great but some features like numbering of photos is not done properly and if the user uploads only one pic then also it's shows that 1/10 photos are there by mistake.
4. Please fix thatThough Jusco provides wide variety of services to its people and is a blessing for people of Jamshedpur,yet it's app is very much outdated with respect to reaching out its services by comman people.
5. Example sometime it's showing invalid user, instead of showing last date it's showing to be date.
6. Very impreesed by the speed and care taken in resolving my issue.
7. Token numbers generated should be automatically listed in addition to search.
8. Changing the rating to 5* because if the personal and proffessional courtesy extended by the organisation.Poorly designed app.
9. Update: App has been updated to include above features.
10. Received a call from the department and they peesonally sorted out my issues.
11. Some views of text submission should improve with scroll options.
