I was even willing to pay for the pro version to have the syncing capability with my Google Pixel phone, but no point in doing that if it doesn't function on the Chromebooks.Short of actually attaching sticky notes to your phone, which would eventually become cumbersome, this cool note-taking app allows you to put notes directly onto your home screen.

3. Notes are conveniently on the side of the screen but when you click on them they only open to a small window until you expand or edit the note.

1. Fix Floating Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Floating Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Floating Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Floating Notes" » Open Floating Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Floating Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Floating Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Floating Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Floating Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Floating Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Floating Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Floating Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Floating Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Floating Notes not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Floating Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Floating Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Floating Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
