There are the obvious glaring issues with the login interface being unclear and when I asked customer service they did very little to help and told me to ask my reception, who also knew very little and told me that the app is useless anyway, just use the website it does the same thing.The bloody "accept/reject cookies" popup not only blocks content, but also doesn't disappear when you click either option 😠.

1. Fix iQ Student Accommodation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iQ Student Accommodation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iQ Student Accommodation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iQ Student Accommodation" » Open iQ Student Accommodation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iQ Student Accommodation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iQ Student Accommodation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iQ Student Accommodation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iQ Student Accommodation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iQ Student Accommodation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iQ Student Accommodation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iQ Student Accommodation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iQ Student Accommodation then reinstall.
