Last year I bought a Garwood 790 QG wood chipper from your store on Parque Mediterráneo in Cartagena. One of the wheels split so I needed new wheel. I removed the wheel and rather naively took it back to the store where I I hoped they could order me a new one. After being shuttled from desk to desk, no one could tell me where I could obtain a new wheel. After what seemed like hours I came home empty handed. The following day I thought this is ridiculous they must be able to help me obtain another wheel, so I went back to the store again, but it was the same thing - go to ferretería they said, who said go to the garden section who advised me to go to the garden section who told me to go to the building section who told me to go to the front desk. Not one person could tell me how I could obtain a new wheel! Is it a policy where you sell machinery and offer no after sales service i.e spare parts. Over the years I have purchased garden furniture, welders, grinders and chainsaws. After this last performance I will be looking to buy machinery from other places and will be telling my friends who buy stuff from you that if it goes wrong, you are on your own.
